Really awesome inverter ac. Installation was ok.It cools room within 10 min at outdoor temperature 50 degree Celsius( saying about Rajasthan). It maintains room temperature i.e if you set 25 degree then it'll try to make it 25 degree all the time. I'm using it from 10th of may. Performance is awesome but can't say about electricity bill. I'll update my review after electricity bill.................. Updating after 3 months. Performance is killer. I used this ac 12-13 hours in auto mode and bill was really cost effective.

Good Product by Hitachi and a small problem arised in the device ie transport problem but it is solved by Jeeves and ossom installation services by Jeeves Flipkart

It's an excellent product, inverter technology has resulted in saving the electricity consumption & 5 stars for Flipkart delivery & installation (although I opted to get it installed from my own electrician, but the Jeevs repressentative made a call for installation as soon as the product was delivered.

If you are in Chennai, avoid buying Hitachi product, as there is no proper support for service. Your service will rescheduled again and again. When you talk to customer care, they will say that your request has been forwarded with priority, no time will be committed but they will say we assure you service technician will contact. This happens once your AC is more than 10 months old and you don?t opt to buy AMC. Starting two services experience will be very delightful.

In picture the AC has silver round edges. Sent to me AC has Cooper colour round edges

The cooling capacity mentioned here is 6000W but on product it's listed as 5275W. Now, the compressor capacity is actually 6000W but it will be run only till 5275W to meet the EER energy rating (3.9) . So, rated capacity is 5275 and is actual capacity you get to use when running. So FLIPKART please update the specifications to list 'rated cooling capacity' rather than maximum because maximum capacity is a bit deceiving Will review performance and edit rating once i get this installed and use it.

Dear friends wrong information on flipcart ,about the cooling capacity of this 1.5 ton dc inverter AC i.e 6000 W. Actually it"s cooling capacity is 5275W with 1640W ac power input. It is requested Flipcart don't give wrong information about it's cooling specifications. Its cooling performance is also not good. Gurnam Singh, Hoshiarpur, Punjab

installation crew is worst except that all are good

After purchase price came down also remote is not user friendly. It's a wrong choice. Cooling is good

Installation procedure cost a lot..... Compare to other Ac which I have...

Wrong product delivered to me.It was mentioned as model rsh/I 318EAEA but some different model was sent to me.it has copper coloured beading and the specifications too didn't match.even though I installed the product but the cooling power is very poor.even if set the temperature to 17 it cools very slowly and the temperature remains felt at around 28-30 degree. I don't know why flipkart is fooling its customer.I need replacement of my product.hope it will resolve very soon.

Ac IS GOOD.. just u have to deal with HITACHI SERVICE If they delay installation in your area.. AC IS VERY EFFECTIVE... PowerFul mode is really EFFICIENT IN COOLING IN LESS TIME and u can save on electricity bill by running ac at 50% Capacity... very good alternative to conventional 5 star ac.. This inverter ac is a gem.. dont buy this AC Updating Above statement was made when ac was installed n used for 3 months after which it fell dead... Error light was blinking... some problem occured Hitachi serveice is pathetic they responded after 20 days now ac need PCB n motor Replacement... That Means POOR QUALITY FROM HOUSE OF HITACHI ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT BUY HITACHI PRODUCTS MAY BE THEY ARE SELLING SUBTANDARD PRODUCTS NOW...
