Nice colour and packaging..Ms office is gud

Good product. Comes with genuine windows and office suite 2016. working fast and flawlessly. Need to activate office with a mail account. battery backup nearly 4 hours. Doesn't heat up much. Everything good.

Superb laptop price range great go for ut

met with expectation. have advanced form preloaded with ms-window and ms-office helped with work. however, it create some problem with updation and hp company does prefer help and does not even response to query.

Got this laptop for my student son. Good for students but beyond a point the slowness hits you. But I guess we can't expect much from an i3 processor based machine. I am thinking for upgrading the memory and add SSD to make it better.

Very slow

Almost a year since I've been using it, it's very very slow. Do not buy this, if I download any new programs, then it's difficult to get even MS word to open. I face issues even for printing, if the option of save and print is selected, I'm not going to ever find it in the download section. I'm buying another laptop, period.

Buy this product 3 June 2018 but hp customer care this product out of warranty

Laptop is tooooo slow. Keeps hanging often. Just been using it for 5 days.Misleading information - No where inside the laptop I see the model number as HP 15-bs618TU, instead I see HP Laptop 15-bs0xxI received a warranty of only 11 monthsReview after 4 months is the same - Disgustingly slow. Waste of money

Hardware issues, hard disk crashed in 4 days.

Not a good choice. Very Slow speed . Heavier also . after turn on it takes aprx 10 min to start working .

Worst laptop ever used by me

This is useless product. It's extremely slow. Task manager shows disk is always full and it doesn't allow to do anything.I called hp support to fix the issue. I had numerous calls, everytime I got assurance that the problem can be solved remotely, I spent days after days with them, with no result. At last they said that system restoration will solve all rhe issues.Even that failed. Customer care cannot arrange technician's visit. So the laptop is useless now.

I didn't receive a warranty card / statement with the product as promised . Never buy electronics from Flipkart.
