Nice laptop good looking good working still am not getting any problems but i suggest to seller please when you r sending hp laptop please install a window bec i got lots of problems to install window 10 and i called customer care so she said in this laptop no hard disk witch was very funny. i was thinking to return but suddenly i came nehru place showroom and ask how is this laptop and m not able to install window but they said don;t worry we will install and finely they install window 10 and they show me hard disk and ram witch is good even battery backup is also too good ,so now am totally happy with this lp..thanks amazon.

This product is junk and I am not able to return it either without spending hours talking to some tech. The computer does not go beyond HP screen. I do not have time to buy a non working laptop and fix it then.

My product is not useble defolt in produt

Product is sleek and looks good. But there is no window operating software available on starting the PC No clear instruction note for initial installation of the PC
