I bought it in the amazon sale. It will not disappoint you. Please do uninstall all the unnecessary applica. Otherwise the syetem will HANG.It has pre-loaded office 2016 installed for lifetime. (office Otherwise will cost you around 4500 Rs. Alone)It has got vry powerful battery backup.Full marks on the look n feel. Premium body.Would have been better if the ram was 8 gb instead of 4.

Overall performance is good bt got some trouble with the hard disk @ the beginning itself which took more than 7min to homepage & which later resolved

Bought it from amazon at 36500. I found it to be a bit slow. It is light weight and the battery life is excellent but it takes too much time to start and hangs a quite a lot even with basic browsing. I decided to upgrade RAM to 8GB. It is noticably smoother now and there is a huge decrease in boot times and browsing speeds are fast. My phone has 6 GB ram so its useless to expect a laptop to perform well with only 4gigs.BOTTOMLINE: buy it but its limited by RAM, if you find it to be slow upgrading RAM is the surest way to pep things up

All are good except Amazon unsafe packing

I am using this laptop since a week and could find no issue as stated by most of the users in reviews, this comes with preloaded ms office and win-10. You may feel little slow at the start but works pretty well if you uninstalled apps as many are given preloaded which may not be used and if you can upgrade ram it would be the best one moreover fastcharging almost takes 2hrs to get fully charged and battery lasts long. It best suits for an user who has minimum work and probably gamers may face issues as its performance is limited with graphic card 620
