Excellent

Good laptop

Superb laptop. Nice touch . Only problem is if u r in silent zone like late night office u can hear sound of fan running in laptop. If this doesn't matter then must say it's an excellent deal and excellent laptop.Amazon did wonderful job of 1 day delivery on time. Only question is I haven't received any invoice for laptop. Where do I get invoice copy from ?

Overall a great device. I got good offer and discount, thanks to Flipkart. HP gave me a extra laptop sleeve, which looks best. Can't ask for more. Laptop gets little slow now and then. Excellent Laptop for office and home

there is only one ram slot and you cannot change it...in specification the ram slot number is given wrong...and the laptop is pretty slow better go for 8gb ram

Hp is nice brand.... but i have one complaint that i did't get lan usb adapter in the box that is wrost..... nonsense happened.....

Worth the money still a little bit slow...Hard disk failed to boot in 6 months. Poor hp customer service . Exactly in 1 year, the inbuilt graphic card doesn't support its own driver. Now it's of No use for the purpose it was bought. Never buy HP laptops

I was using HP Ellitebok(office laptop) which was pretty good. Seeing the performance of it I ordered HP Pavilion 13-U132TU x360 13.3-inch Laptop for personal use. From the initial days itself it was very slow. Later it became so slow that I couldn't use itself. Later, I raised a ticket with HP service centre and took it there. After servicing, it was fine for some days(not more than a month) then again it became very slow. Now it has become really slow that it takes nearly 30-45 minutes to start and after starting even to open MS excel it takes nearly 10-15 minutes. I have not installed any heavy software's. I am not sure that it will become fine after second visit to the service centre. Because, what if the problem persists after the warranty period is over. For such an expensive product this kind of service or performance is not acceptable. As I can't use this laptop. I need a replacement (any other model) or a refund. Please do the needful.

Hard Disk stopped functioning 13 months after purchase.It is a top end model. After sales service experience has been poor at best.

Pathetic laptop. I bought it from croma . From day one it horribaly slow. U can not do single work on it. Dnt buy.

I got a pathetic laptop..my camera is not working after trying all possible troubleshooting steps.. contacted HP technical support but they were useless. Contacted Amazon and they said to go to service center in order to fix the issue. Is this the way you treat your customer for such an expensive item?? Poor service pathetic..I want my laptop to be replaced with the new one and please make sure that you have updated everything on the replaced new laptop.

The worst purchase of my life.. really disappointed.. no working properly. Dam slow. Every time need restart. Really not recommended. Hate HP.

Though built quality is good and the design is sleek, laptop is very slow..hangs while running normal applications.. don't go for this! Better buy the 8gb version!

Warranty of the product Shows expired as it is bought in the same month. From Flipkart end the service is very poor. No solution till date.
