iQOO 15T mobile was launched on 20th May 2026. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.82-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1440x3168 pixels at a pixel density of 510 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 19.8:9. iQOO 15T is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The iQOO 15T runs Android 16 and is powered by a 8000mAh non-removable battery. The iQOO 15T supports 100W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO 15T on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 200-megapixel primary camera, and a 50-megapixel (ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

The iQOO 15T runs OriginOS 6 is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO 15T is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The iQOO 15T measures 163.37 x 76.71 x 8.25mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 216.00 grams. It was launched in Qingyun, Track Edition, and and Legend (translated from Chinese) colours. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the iQOO 15T include Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, USB OTG, USB Type-C, 4G , and 5G. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
