Flipkart Republic Day Sale: What's on Offer

Flipkart on Wednesday kick-started its Republic Day Sale period by offering deals and discounts on mobile handsets, television sets, tablets, and laptops. The three-day sale, which lasts from Wednesday through Friday, also includes offers on accessories such as headphones, microSD cards, and more. Note that some deals may be app-only, which means you will need to use the Flipkart app to make use of the offers.

In the mobile section, the Flipkart Republic Day Sale besides offering exchange offers with up to Rs. 20,000 off on the purchase of a new mobile, also offers flat Rs. 500, Rs. 3,500, Rs, and 3,000 off on Lenovo K3 Note, Nexus 6P, and Moto X Style respectively. Other smartphones that are being sold on discounts as a part of the Republic Day sale include Asus ZenFone 2 series, Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime, Lenovo Vibe P1, Honor 4C, Samsung Galaxy On5, Nexus 5X, Acer Liquid Z530, Lenovo A7000, Moto G Turbo Edition, and other smartphones.

For those interested in buying television sets, Flipkart is offering discounts on LED TVs and Ultra HD Smart TVs from multiple brands as part of its Republic Day sale. Some of the models included in the three-day sales are Vu 32-inch HD Ready LED TV, Micromax 42-inch Ultra HD Smart TV, Samsung 32-inch HD ready LED TV, LG 32-inch Full-HD Smart TV, Panasonic 32-inch HD Ready LED TV, and more. The prices of the discounted television sets range from Rs. 9,990 - Rs. 41,990.

In case of laptops and tablets, users have the option to buy Xiaomi MiPad, Micromax Canvas Laptab, HP 15-af114AU notebook, Dell PQC laptop, iBall Slide i701 tablet, Dell Inspiron 3551 notebook, Lenovo Ideapad Flex 2-14 notebook, and more. The laptop and tablet prices start from Rs. 3,499.

In the home entertainment department, the Flipkart Republic Day Sale is offering speakers, gaming consoles, and music players starting from Rs. 799. Cameras, microSD cards, headphones, external hard disks, power banks, Wi-Fi router, and pendrives are also available on discount.

Flipkart rival Amazon and Snapdeal also started their sales on Thursday. The sale will go on till Saturday and offers mobile handsets, tablets, and other gadgets on discounted prices.
