Founded in 2013, Homtom is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. It operates as both an OEM and ODM, and claims to have products covering more than 200 countries and regions in South Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America and North America. Homtom's latest mobile launch is the H5. The mobile was launched in August 2018. The phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels.

The Homtom H5 is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6739W processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage As far as the cameras are concerned, the Homtom H5 packs a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Homtom H5 runs Android 8.1 and is powered by a 3300mAh.

The Homtom H5 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Micro-SIM and Micro-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, Fingerprint sensor and Accelerometer.
