While HTC struggles to get its HTC One on the shelves, two more smartphones - Desire Q and Desire P - by this Taiwanese maker are expected to be launched soon. Both Desire Q and Desire P are expected to be mid-range Android smartphones. The promo pictures of these two smartphones have been posted by Android4tw.com.

The website also mentions the final specifications for both these smartphones. The HTC Desire P sports a 4.3-inch display with 480x800 (WVGA) pixels. In terms of looks, this smartphone seems to resemble the HTC Desire SV. There is an 8-megapixel rear camera and a front camera as well. The smartphone is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor. Like the other HTC smartphones, HTC Desire P also comes with Beats Audio technology on-board.

HTC Desire P will reportedly come in in Red and White colour options. This smartphone is expected to retail through China Mobile for approximately $365. There is no word on which version of Android will HTC Desire P be running but it is likely to offer Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) out of the box.

HTC Desire Q will be available in Black, White and Red colour options. However, other details about this smartphone remain sketchy as of now.

In the past too there have been speculations regarding HTC planning to launch Desire Q and Desire P but this is the first time that pictures of these smartphones have surfaced online. There is no information available on when these smartphones will be available in other markets.
