MTS launches MTag 353 with Android 2.3 for Rs. 5,999

MTS has announced the launch of yet another smartphone in the form of MTag 353.

MTS MTag 353 comes with a 3.5-inch 320x480 display with capacitive touch. It is powered by a 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and a 1500mAh battery. MTS MTag 353 comes with a 3-megapixel rear shooter and an expandable memory slot of up to 32GB; pre-bundled with a 2GB card in box. Disappointingly, the phone runs on dated Android 2.3.

Commenting on the launch, Leonid Musatov, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, MTS India, said, "MTS MTag 353 is yet another class leading and one of the most stylish Smartphone from MTS. The Smartphone is powered by the best in class Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform. Aimed at the on the move, tech savvy youth, it comes bundled with exciting High Speed Data and Voice plans."

MTS MTag 353 comes with various bundled offers from MTS including 512MB data per month for 2 months, 500 local + STD minutes per month for 3 Months, 1 paise/ 2 seconds local + STD for 6 months. Also bundled is the MTS TV application that enables on the go access to more than 100 live TV and video-on-demand channels.

The MTS MTag 353 is now available for Rs. 5,999.
