Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S9+ Get Discounts, Cashback in New 'Best Days' Offers

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 top model gets instant cashback of Rs. 7,000

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9+ are available with cashbacks and discounts as part of the company's 'Best Days' offer ahead of Valentine's Day. The former gets an instant cashback for buyers, while both phones have cashbacks for HDFC credit and debit card holders. The company is also touting additional exchange discount of Rs. 9,000. Apart from Valentine's Day, the new Samsung 'Best Days' offers also come just ahead of the launch of the Galaxy S10-Series of phones, anticipated to arrive on February 20. Finally, the Samsung 'Best Days' offers include a bundled discount on the Galaxy Watch (worth Rs. 24,990)

In a press statement, Samsung says the Galaxy Note 9 8GB/ 512GB model will be available for Rs. 77,900 after an instant cashback of Rs. 7,000 (down from its launch price of Rs. 84,900). The company is also reiterating the price cut announced last week for the Samsung Galaxy S9+, where the 64GB model is now available at Rs. 57,900, down from its launch price of Rs. 64,900. This Rs. 7,000 price cut is also applicable to the 128GB and 256GB models, Samsung said in its latest statement, bringing their prices to Rs. 61,900 and Rs. 65,900 respectively.

As for the cashbacks on HDFC credit and debit card purchases, Samsung says Galaxy Note 9 buyers will get an additional cashback of Rs. 6,000, while Galaxy S9+ buyers will get an additional cashback of Rs. 4,000. For a limited period, as part of a Valentine's Day offer, the cashback amount will be Rs. 8,000 and Rs. 6,000 respectively.

Finally, Samsung has also announced an additional Rs. 9,000 exchange discount on both the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and the Galaxy S9+, when consumers upgrade to the Samsung smartphones from their existing ones. As we mentioned, the company has also announced a bundled offer for the Galaxy Watch. Buyers of the 128GB and 512GB models of the Galaxy will get the smartwatch at a discount, down to Rs. 9,999 from Rs. 24,990.
