Yu Yureka Plus, Yu Yuphoria Open Sale Part of Amazon.in Great Indian Freedom Sale

Yu Yureka Plus and Yu Yuphoria smartphones are available in open sale as part of Amazon.in's The Great Indian Freedom Sale. The smartphones are usually sold under the flash sale model that requires prospective customers to pre-register, so if you've been waiting to pick either of these smartphones, this is an ideal opportunity. Amazon.in's The Great Indian Freedom Sale is on until Wednesday.

The price of Yu Yureka Plus was recently reduced to Rs. 8,999. It runs on a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 SoC (MSM8939) clocked at 1.5GHz, coupled with Adreno 405 GPU, and 2GB of RAM. The Yu Yureka Plus sports a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with an LED flash. A front-facing 5-megapixel fixed-focus camera is also on board.

Micromax's Yu Yureka Plus (Review) comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage with microSD card support (up to 32GB), and packs a 2500mAh battery. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone runs on Cyanogen OS 12, based on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. It features dual-SIM support, with slots for Micro-SIM cards (4G+3G)

Priced at Rs. 6,999, the Yu Yuphoria also runs Cyanogen OS 12 and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. It features 16GB of built-in storage. The dual-SIM based Yuphoria supports 4G and features accelerometer, ambient sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and an e-compass.

Micromax's Yu Yuphoria (Review | Pictures) sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 lens and LED flash while also featuring a 5-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. Connectivity options on the handset include LTE, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2230mAh battery, and weighs 143 grams.
