OPPO Reno 16c is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The OPPO Reno 16c runs Android 16 and is powered by a 7000mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO Reno 16c supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO Reno 16c on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; an 8-megapixel (f/2.2) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.8) camera.
