This tv has an amazing picture quality.I would just like to say that samsung is the best brand for me. But I've a doubt , my elder brother told that if we won't connect additional speakers to our tv then the sound quality might get damaged gradually. Is this true ?

I recently purchased a Samsung TV with high hopes of a great viewing experience, but unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Within just 34 days of purchase, the TV started showing severe defects that significantly impacted its functionality. There are prominent horizontal lines running across the screen, which greatly affect the viewing experience. Watching movies or even regular TV shows became an unpleasant experience due to this bad visual defect. The picture quality is far from satisfactory and also audio experience is equally disappointing. The speakers produced very low sound, making dialogue unclear and music unpleasant to listen to. Adding to my disappointment was the unresponsive customer support I encountered when trying to address these issues. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, the response was slow and lacking in helpful solutions. I have reported this issue on 7th,June,2023 but still it?s in pending status. It is disheartening to invest in a product from a reputed brand like Samsung and receive such substandard support when facing a defective unit. As a consumer, I expected a reliable product that would provide an enjoyable entertainment experience. Unfortunately, this Samsung TV has not lived up to even the basic standards of quality. Given the high price point associated with Samsung products, this experience has left me questioning the value and reliability of the brand. I strongly caution prospective buyers against purchasing this particular Samsung the Frame TV model, as it seems to suffer from severe quality control issues. I hope that Samsung takes notice of these concerns and takes appropriate steps to rectify the situation for affected customers. Overall, my experience with this defective Samsung TV has been deeply disappointing. I am now left with an expensive, malfunctioning product and a lackluster customer support experience. It is regrettable that a brand known for its technological prowess has delivered such a subpar product and failed to provide adequate assistance.

Samsung UHD TV is the best with compare to its rival in this price. The build quality, picture quality, Uniformity gray, Black level of TV, native contrast and reflection handling are really great feature of this TV. It has extremely low input lag which is excellent for gamers but the response time is only decent so some blur is visible behind fast moving objects. This TV has an excellent black uniformity which is the best among UHD LED TVs, as a result, dark scenes in movies look great.HDCP2.2 enabled all 3 HDMI plus HDMI#3 has ARC which helps to send sound back to external AV receiver/audio system which can pass-through upto Dolby Digital+ 5.1 and can Bit Stream the audio of Amazon Prime Video Jack Ryan in 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos , sadly it doesn?t have the DTS sound system but all the contents are available in Dolby and DTS sound format. Over all a decent 4K TV compare to any other brand.Amazon ? You guys are my all time favorite, timely and neatly delivered and got extra one year of warranty also.

All the inbuilt and downloaded apps in tv are working superbly, onece you connect to wifi next onwards it will auto connects very quick. Picture Quality is very nice even in streaming apps like hotstar , netflix etc..

I found it very good in Picture Quality and Sound for the Price I have paid. I have compared it with other Sony TVs (which were higher in price). For the people who are not satisfied with this TV should have researched well and put some extra money for extra features.

This review is more like a clarification than a detailed product review. I own 3 TVs from Samsung, one Series 8 65", One Series 8 55" and one this one. Many people have given poor reviews where as the product is actually very nice. It connects to internet and runs streaming apps such as Netflix. Picture quality is just fine. This is what all I need.Looking at some reviews, I can see people are clearly disappointed with their purchase and the reason is that the product does not have all the bells and whistles they expected it to have.I just have to say, people, please keep your expectations real, some of you are expecting features which are present only in the premium models which cost 2 to 3 times of this TV.This is an entry level TV in this segment and works very well for me and I got what I paid for.Please do your research properly before you buy instead of being driven mainly by price. This will help in avoiding disappointment

Aesthetically nice. The picture quality is great. Sounds is good too. The only complaint is that it doesn't have a smart remote, so it's really hard to type in like a caveman and search for content on Netflix, YouTube, etc.

The picture quality is great BUT, there is no Bluetooth option. No 3.5 mm Jack option. Audio out options are very limited. No smart remote.

I have SAMSUNG LED 108cm 43M5570 SMART TV purchased in 2018.It was working beautifully. Picture and sound quality is good.In Jan2020, its USB port became faulty due to which I could not connect USB drives for watching files/photo/movies.Samsung gave me a estimate of Rs 6700 for replacement of USB port!!.Can you imagine.Overall the product is very good but after sales are costly.

This is the worst purchase of my life... Doesn't come with a smart remote... Samsung provide a application called smart things... Trust me samsung that application is dumbest thing ever... Doesn't have keyboard support and voice support... No third party remote is supported... Samsung wants you to use remote to type like a caveman...Still recovering from the shock...BTW this is coming out from a samsung fanboy...
