Huawei MediaPad7 Lite with Android 4.0 now available for Rs. 13,700

Huawei 's first budget tablet Huawei MediaPad7 Lite is now listed as available on Flipkart.com for Rs. 13,700.

We had reported just a few days back this this tablet is available on pre-order and will be making its way to retail shelves really soon.

Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite packs a 7-inch display with 1024x600p resolution and a 1.2GHz processor. There is a 3.2 megapixel rear camera, and 0.3 megapixel front camera. MediaPad7 Lite has 1GB RAM, 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by 32 GB. This tablet has a 4100 mAh battery and runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite was announced way back in July and it has taken the tablet quite a while to reach India.  Currently there are plenty of 7-inch tablets available from Micromax, iBall, Zync and Karbonn available for under Rs. 10,000.

In fact one can get their hands on the 8.9-inch BSNL Penta T-Pad WS802C for Rs. 14,699. Penta T-Pad WS802C runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich, has Cortex A8 1GHz processor; 512 MB RAM and in built memory of 4GB, which can be expanded up to 32 GB.
