Telecom services provider Vodafone India on Thursday said its 3G user base has tripled to over 30,000 during the first quarter of this fiscal in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circle.

"We had about 10,000 3G users in April, which has now grown to be between 30,000 to 35,000," Vodafone India Circle Head (Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh) Ashish Chandra told reporters in Indore.

He added that the company offers 3G services across 91 cities in the circle.
