Videocon A48 mobile was launched in October 2013. The phone comes with a 4.50-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 480x854 pixels. Videocon A48 is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor. It comes with 512MB of RAM. The Videocon A48 runs Android 4.2 and is powered by a 1650mAh removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Videocon A48 on the rear packs 5-megapixel camera. It sports a 1.3-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Videocon A48 is based on Android 4.2 and packs 4GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB).
