Good one

The amazon delivery was great. It delivered 3 days before the alloted time. The cooler is good but makes some strong sound while running. Overall a value for money product.

Got the product delivered as promised. It's not very useful to beat the heat of Chennai but it works better than celing fan. Very compact to fit anywhere you can easily move around.

helpful ,im in kerala here humidity s high ,using this for last 1month it reduces heat a littlej bit.hav to fill tank evry night

- Delivered in 3 days to a Bengaluru address after order placement.- using to cool Laser Machine and UPS setup, in a boxed in workshop with 3-side walls and 1-side shutter, ventilation.- consumes more than 15 ltrs of clean-water on a 10 hour hot working day.- all fiber body, (read somewhere it was metal body)- sound is acceptable, as we use a gas-exhaust-chimney at home with similar wattage.- Castor wheels were already on the product, making me believe that I was delivered a returned product.- Humidity/Coolness caption on the button is not same.- water refilling is little tricky, not straight forward~~~~~ After 30 Days of Usage ~~~~~- Poor quality screws and mounts inside (they're already rusting)- Poor quality plastic cover for air-filter-element- Poor quality dust/mosquito net/filterNow reduced stars from 3 to 2.

Just was not enough

Motor is not pulling water if the water level reaches 50%.we have fill water again full.in middle of the night motor doesn't pull water if water level reaches 50%.am unsatisfied with this product.

not as per expectations

Don't buy any Voltas Product. Two months back I bought Voltas Air cooler VN-D50M from Bajaj electronics. Now the water pump motor is not working and the fan is giving very noise. I called Voltas customer care twice but no one came.

Never go with the VOLTAS products, the Service part is horrible , and they never even bother to address your issue once after the sale

worst experience we ever had from a brand . after buying, within a week swing stopped working . contacted customer care many times, they had their readymade funny usual replies of repairing in 24 hours.

Pump gone kaput on second day no spares with service centre waiting for spares since one week
