Online retail giant Amazon jumped the gun on Thursday and listed the Moto 360 smartwatch's gold, or Champagne Metal (metal body and metal band) all-metal variant, and new Leather Cognac band, before promptly pulling it down.

The Champagne Metal Moto 360 variant(seen above) was listed with two widths of metal bands (18mm and 23mm) and featured a $299.99 (roughly Rs. 18,400) price tag, while the regular Moto 360 body with the new Leather Cognac strap was listed briefly with a $249 (roughly Rs.15,300 ) price tag. There is no word on the prices of standalone products as of now. Notably, the gold version was also spotted online last month.

Though the new smartwatch variant and the band Amazon listings were obviously not meant to go live at that point, an impending release is in-line with Motorola's previous announcement of introducing new leather bands along with metal options when it first launched the Moto 360.

The firm also announced that the leather bands would cost extra $29.99 (roughly Rs. 1,800), metal bands $79.99 (roughly Rs. 4,900) and $299 (roughly Rs. 18,400) for all metal option.
