Xiaomi 14T mobile was launched on 26th September 2024. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.67-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1220x2712 pixels (1.5K) at a pixel density of 446 pixels per inch (ppi). Xiaomi 14T is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Xiaomi 14T runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Xiaomi 14T supports 67W Turbo Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi 14T on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 50-megapixel (telephoto) camera, and a 12-megapixel (ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.

The Xiaomi 14T runs HyperOS is based on Android 14 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Xiaomi 14T is a dual-SIM mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Xiaomi 14T measures 160.50 x 75.10 x 7.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 195.00 grams. It was launched in Lemon Green, Titan Black, Titan Gray, and Titan Blue colours. It features an IP68 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Xiaomi 14T include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, NFC, Infrared, and USB OTG with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The Xiaomi 14T supports face unlock.
