This is the best laptop in this price range, everything is good about this...the people complaining about this laptop have never used a crappy thing before, I presume.

No warranty

Product was delivered without any information on 3 year onsite warranty promised. Contacted Acer, they have not been of any help. Still looking for some help on how to get the warranty. Bad service from both Amazon and Acer.
