With 3 year of buy, My Macbook pro damaged completely. Hardware failed. Worst experience I have with Macbook pro.

I purchase Mac Pro 13 in July 2014 and just after I registered it with the upcoming July Cal Bar exam and download the exams, the Wi-Fi stopped working. I called for technical support but the technician could not fix it. He scheduled a reservation for me with an Apple store in Berlinggame to bring in for repair. Unfortunately it confirmed the Wi-Fi problem is irreparable, and the hard drive needs to be replaced, but Apple no longer make replacement parts for that model. So this Mac Pro, can no longer have Wi-Fi. I was seeing red at the store, thinking I was ripped. I spent almost $1400 for it, now it?s in the eight year, and at this critical moment the Wi-Fi crushed and Apple could not repair it. I don?t think I will buy any Apple products from now on. They are expensive, though look fancy, some are potentially defective. Not dependable at all!

I've researched for 16inch before getting this, both the machines are good, 16inch one is better of-course but because of slightly big dimension of 16inch I went with this one. Was skeptical about the keyboard but it's working fine, takes some used to on new keyboards.Touch bar has some good utility, there are goods and bads with touch bar but mostly goods. Screen is amazing, speakers are loud and clear. Performance wise I haven't noticed anything bad, boots faster, processes faster. If you find spending this much on a machine then go for it, it's worth it.

Using this as my primary work laptop. It packs in superb performance with an operating system that is a delight to use and develop for.

Received this beauty from Amazon on time. Was nicely packaged. Three days of using and I'm loving it. It is super fast. Battery doesn't last as long as 8-10 hours as promised, but lasts comfortably for about 5 hours even if you're connected to internet and watching youtube videos. I think that suffices for every kind of need. Very light, video and sound quality is also good. The only issue I've found with this mac is keyboard which is a bit noisy if you prefer working at night. Touchpad is really handy and useful contrary to the criticism against it. Design just blew me away. If you're planning to buy it, go ahead. You won't regret.

Go for this product. I love it. It handles all of my tasks and mores and the design is just so beautiful you'll fall in love with it once you get it. Windows through BootCamp works flawlessly although the fans get very noisy but its good that the laptop handles everything so amazingly. Really do not look at any other laptop in this price range, this laptop is the best hands down.

i was very confused in buying new macbook air 2018 or macbook pro with and without touch barafter extensive research i bought this.no point in paying 1,06,000 for lowest model air with half the processor vs this quadcore beast with true tone retina and suprb crystal sound 1,62,000 worth no need to upgrade for next 5-7 years and waste time in installing apps, copying files and setting up new.touchbar is super, huge scope for improvement by software updates. eventually all laptops will follow apple's lead and add touchbar

Everything about a mac feels custom built for performance and ease of usage. Love the body and the new keyboard. Touch Bar is an amazing addition although not all apps support it right now. Overall a great device.
