Absolutely dissatisfied with their services. You won't have a problem for 3 years or so.. after which for the first problem you get - broken drum.. you will have to pay and get a drum worth 15000. Even that drum you may have to waitttttt for 2 months. Had enough with the brand.

Very poor service washing machine delivered at our home on Monday and still not got demo and installation .I did complian but not get any answer and telling he will come in 30 min ..still not came after 5 days and i am working person how can i manage .one of the worst experience in this product dont buy this product very poor service....

Super Silent Motor with no vibrations at all.Delivery was smooth with no physical damages whatsoever.Installation done in 2 days after delivery on my suitable time.Wash + Dry cycle for about 4.5 kg load was around 3.5 Hrs which was really excellent on a rainy day that I used.Overall I would recommend this product over normal washer for people who do not have time and domestic help to take out the clothes to dry.Super Convenient if you can afford.

You can't complain about German quality. Super quiet and no vibration. Just does it job quickly and quietly without fuss.The dry feature is worth investing. Power consumption is low. Excellent delivery service by Amazon.

Due to my special requirement of finance scheme from NBFC, I could not buy this Bosch Washer Dryer from Amazon, but I am so happy and excited with the performance of this machine that I was prompted to write something about it so that it can help other potential buyers make a decision while making the purchase of a Washing Machine (WM).1. It is the quality of super, super silent motor that amazes me the most. It is so silent that one cannot hear or understand that such a powerful machine is working and vibration is Zero. Even when it spins at the RPM of 1400, one can barely notice that a WM is running and only when it makes 2 beep sounds after the end of the programme that I recall ?oh yes, I had put some clothes to wash!?.2. It is a washing and ?drying? machine which can dry clothes 100% that after washing and drying, you can simply fold them up and put in the wardrobe! I particularly find this important during monsoon and when you have small kids at home who get their clothes dirty very easily. One can also simply opt for wash-rinse-spin cycle (without drying) when not required. I normally do not use the drying function unless required as it consumes electricity as well, even though very less. However, when you do need to use it, it?s worth 100% as it takes less time than wire-drying and you get the clothes whenever you require, even during the night. The drying time varies from 90 mins to 150 mins, according to the load and type of clothes.3. Build quality is superb and sturdy. Vibration is Zero, so a stand is absolutely not required. It stands firm on its place and does its job in excellence.4. Separate sensor is there to save water and electricity; so, Water and Detergent required is quite less, and retains a beautiful fresh smell to the clothes.5. Clothes come out untangled and much, much cleaner than the top load WM that I was using for the past 10 years.6. It has got a whole load of programmes which cater fine to the Indian needs--- Rapid 15 minutes wash and spin programme is particularly helpful during rush hours.7. The LCD display has got some touch options to customize the temperature, programme time delay, couple of other wash functions, child lock and whether to choose 100% drying or not.8. Even though the machine does not ?talk? or ?light up the drum inside? like other few brands (LG, Samsung, etc.), this is an extremely powerful WM worth every penny paid and one can be in complete peace of mind.9. Most importantly, service from Bosch is excellent. Installation has been done on the very next day of machine arrival at home and the installer Santosh Rai is extremely knowledgeable unlike installers of products of other companies. His knowledge and good behavior puts my faith on the future service that will be required.Am extremely satisfied and happy with the performance of this washer dryer and would highly recommend this to others who are contemplating buying a super quality, long running and sturdy WM.

Pros : very low sound and vibration, clothes clean well, many washing options from 15min to 2.5 hrs , dryer is greatCons : takes some time to get used to the dryer - as different cycles/ types of clothes come out either completely dry (as it should) or sometimes a little moist.

Works exactly as advertised. If you are getting a bit moist clothes, reduce the load and the clothes will be crisp dry ready to be folded

So far very nice, it?s been a year now. No issues, does job perfect.

Bought it about a year back though not from Amazon, but must say its a great machine. Super quiet and clothes come out super clean. The drying takes a bit of time but its so nice to have both wash and dry in the same machine. Had IFB WM and dryer (both separate) earlier. A separate dryer surely dries faster but you need a separate hot air outlet which if not properly installed will fill your room/bathroom with water vapour, and of course you need extra space. The Bosch drying somehow I feel is gentler on clothes. Most impressed how well it washed my comforters and duvets! The controls are super sensitive so you need to be a bit careful. Would buy Bosch again without a second thought.
