Worst Product does not cool

Both dealer & company made fraud commitements,not provided free services as per commitement.Also not have a good response

Worst installation process, Recommend every customer not to purchase any Haier product, customer care uses cheap languages,very bad service in indian market I had purchase 2 AC for my hotel 8 days before still installation in pending having losess in business due to Haier,

just installed it today from my ac mechanic 800+ 500 for stand .I am completely happy with the product , i bought an kenstar ac from amazon but this AC is far better then kenstar cools really quickly, i really likes its looks and the quality of product , now regretting my decision of buying kenstar

This review is for the installation mistake done by haier appointment mechanic, second day the ac stopped working due to leakage of gas, and it was corrected after 3 days , AC performance is good , i had posted review previously but i can not see it now ? ? Strange ?? So posting again

AC takes 10 mins to start cooling..

AC is faily OK. 3 stars because cooling is slow and does not give a chilling effect even at 18 degree temperature setting in a room of 10 feet X 12 feet. Not suitable for extreme summer. Shuts down when the ouside temperature crosses 42 degrees.

The cooling is not at all upto the mark. Moreover it's freezing ice both inside unit as well as the out door unit. And once you switch off the ice starts to melt, dripping water inside the room.

Don't go for Haier plz very bad products and no customer service at allllll

This is a very poor quality AC manufactured by some unknown company in Dehradun and marketed by Haier. Was defective from day one, compressor was not working. Only fan was working. Sent a complaint to Haier, no one turned up. Very poor product and worse customer service. Regret my purchase. Had to pay Rs. 1500 for installation and Rs. 750 for uninstallation. Felt CHEATED. Beware.

The AC is not cooling. The swing does not operate fully. It's been a bad buy.where is the customer support?!!!

The condenser is made of aluminum and is already not working, repairing it costs around 9000 rupees. Waste of money buying this ac. Brand value is zero. Do not consider buying this product.

Bought this AC 1 year back from a retailer in Chennai. From day 1 till today, have registered 7 complaints. Worst product from Haier. Frequent issues with water leakage from the unit that's inside the house. Poor cooling performance. Blower/Fan that runs inside the machine makes drilling noise throughout d running time. Waste of money. Don't buy AC from Haier. D worst part is, once the warranty period is done, u ll be charged Rs.400 for every time a service engineer comes home for repairs-which u hav complained for the Nth time. Same problem gets repeated and every time u pay for the same kind of services. Worst maintenance/services offered by postsales team.Won't recommend Haier for AC products. Couldn't give Zero stars. So submitting this with a single star.

Bought it when it was launched and trusted the brand Hair, worst decision ever

Useless to invest on dis ac...no cooling at all... from day one ...frequent problems ...
