i hv been using this ac since 2016 still working great. like the style of it's remote control and performance. gives me super cool with no heavy power consume so i'm not worrying about electricity bill. satisfied.

Purchased from other site two months before. The service for installation is very good by Hitachi. Very cooperative service engineers. Installation charges taken was only Rs. 501. The AC works very fine and as per my requirements.

Purchased the model from another site and retailer a month ago and using it regularly for the last 20 days. The Installation took more than a week as Hitachi is represented in India by some other Company; and their services are limited mostly to Metros and that too not up-to the mark at-least during Summer. There are no complaints regarding the product and it is working fine since installation. Wall Brackets, Power plug and drainage pipe (if required) need to be procured separately. Ensure that the Courier delivers both 'Indoor' and 'Outdoor' Units (2 Cardboard Boxes).

Cooling is v good but the remote sensors gets hanged sometimes & this seems to be a very common problem as told by the hitachi technician

It's a bad product from Hitachi. Lots of problem.remote doesn't work. Hitachi service is waste.

I have bought 3 SPLIT AC - 1.5TR HITACHI ZUNOH 3200F - RAU318AWD on August 16, 2016. Out of 3 one works great. Other 2 always have problems. I have had a big trust and wanted to to got only Hitachi. I have been taught a bad lesson. Since day 1 I have multiple issues. Remote not working, sensor not working, gas leaks, no cooling, too much noise level etc. I am out of words to explain. Please DO NOT GO for this product. I wish I can return all the 3 for half price and go for other brands.

Very poor product and services by JCi hitachi. The company is managed by Johnson in india. Purchased one 1.5T and one 1.2T last year November. It took one month to install the product and resolving any issue with the company is like a banging your head against the wall. That's not all after not even running of 10 hrs this summer both the ac developed problem and again the nightmare started trying to get the problem resolved . It worked out there was screws not fitted in one ac and the gas leaked from the compressor in other. It has been nearly a month and inspite of regular followup with hitachi service manager and regional manager leave aside the call centre it's not yet done. There is no follow up from the hitachi / Johnson whoever managing the product and you would be left high and dry so pls don't go for any product from hitachi.
