The condition of laptop was too bad to be sold

A very visible defective laptop was sold to me. The battery is so loose that it makes loud sound even if lift it an inch. Imagine I have been handed such a defective piece and Amazon is not even willing to replace. The condition of laptop was too bad to be sold. It is quite clear that sale was done with intention to clear up stock of defective units.
