    Hello, This is a perfect laptop for basic and daily uses , It comes with preloaded windows 10 you just need to get the Ram upgraded in case if you want to get faster booting speed as windows 10 takes little extra time while booting up. rest everything is ok at the point that its being offered.

    HP loaded the laptop with their own softwares that hampered the startup and hanged the PC. Noted the OEM key and then reinstalled win10 with downloaded image. Further upon activation with oem key, the machine is working fine. Fanless, low power silent laptop with smooth windows experience.
