Cat Mobile Phones Under 30,000 in India (April, 2026)

Cat, or Caterpillar, is a US-based construction machinery manufacturing company. The company licensed its brand to UK-based Bullitt Mobile back in 2013, which has since been producing Cat-branded feature phones, smartphones, as well as accessories, with an emphasis on durability. Cat's latest mobile launch is the S31. The mobile was launched in September 2017. The phone comes with a 4.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels.

The Cat S31 is powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor and it comes with 2GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Cat S31 packs a 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Cat S31 runs Android 7.1 and is powered by a 4000mAh non removable battery. It measures 146.00 x 74.42 x 12.60 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 200.00 grams.

The Cat S31 is a dual SIM (GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and FM. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.
