Alleged Brushed Gold Metal Finish LG G3 Spotted in Leaked Images

While we still have to see what the LG G3 will offer if it releases on the scheduled event on May 27, the South Korean giant's upcoming flagship (with a confirmed 5.5-inchh QHD AH-IPS LCD display) seems to very interesting from the numerous rumours.

The design and the metal finish for the LG G3 have been rumoured before, and now another set of alleged images leaked by GSMArena suggests the same design of the alleged LG G3.

The alleged LG G3 smartphone in the leaked image sports a gold finish, and has been pictured from front and back. Earlier @evleaks posted the image showing a grey back with brushed metal finish. This time around we can see the similar brushed metal finish back in a gold colour.

The images claimed for alleged LG G3 could possibly be of one the prototypes that undergoes design changes etc. while development. It also has NOT FOR SALE Rev 1.0 (a revision code) written on the bottom right corner of the device. Also it seems to be a 16GB variant or just a code written 16UPP on the bottom left.

The front of the device similar to what has been rumoured and LG had on Wednesday also confirmed that the next flagship will have the 5.5-inch QHD AH-IPS display that received certification from NEMKO.

The LG G3 however will not be the first smartphone from LG to support 5.5-inch QHD display, as LG partnered with KDDI to launch LG isai FL with the same display on Thursday.

The new flagship could be still be the first smartphone to come with Snapdragon 805 SoC, if rumours come true and no other manufacturer launches a device with the same processor before the LG G3 launch event.

The event is scheduled by LG on May 27 - London, New York, and San Francisco; followed by a May 28 launch event in Singapore, Istanbul, and Seoul.
