iBall on Thursday launched the Windows Phone 8.1-powered Andi 4L Pulse smartphone in India at Rs. 4,999. The phone had been listed on the company site last month, and reportedly went on sale then as well, according to an established retailer.

The iBall Andi 4L Pulse is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone that runs Windows Phone 8.1 OS out-of-the-box. It features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) TFT display.

The Andi 4L Pulse is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC coupled with 512MB of RAM. The internal storage on the handset is 4GB, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
