We are still a week away from Motorola's much-anticipated launch event on May 13, when the company is expected to unveil its "made to last [and] priced for all" smartphone.

However, a new leak is claimed to reveal details about Motorola's next budget smartphone, thought to be dubbed Moto E. Motorola's rumoured budget smartphone is said to have been spotted in a listing on the Zauba import/ export website, first reported by AndroidOS.

Notably, the listing mentions the name Motorola Moto E with model number XT1022. Other details of the alleged Moto E listing on Zauba include White colour variant and 4GB of inbuilt storage, as well as per unit price at Rs. 6,330. Note, these import/ export prices are only indicative and usually do not include duties or taxes. However, we are still expecting a sub-Rs. 10,000 price for the device.

Earlier leaks had pointed that Motorola's next smartphone will come in three variants: XT1021 (single SIM), XT1022 (dual-SIM) and XT1025 (dual SIM with digital TV). The rumoured Moto E aka XT1022 has been spotted at Zauba; suggesting that Motorola might launch the dual-SIM variant of the alleged Moto E in India, much like the Moto G (Review | Pictures).

Previous leaks suggest that the alleged Moto E will come with a 4.3-inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor paired with 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera, 4GB inbuilt storage and a 1900mAh battery capacity.

In addition, the company is also rumoured to launch a successor to its popular mid-range Moto X handset soon. Notably, back in February, Motorola had said that the next version of Moto X was scheduled to launch late in the US summer.

Earlier, the successor to the Moto X (Review | Pictures) was unofficially 'confirmed', thanks to an accidental listing on one of the company's sites. The official Moto Maker website listed the yet-to-be-announced Moto X+1 on a placeholder page.
