The budget smartphone sports a 3-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and also houses a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It is a dual-SIM device (GSM+GSM) with 3G network support for both SIMs. The Spice Stellar Nhance 2 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It also packs a 1400mAh battery. The device also comes preloaded with Spice Cloud app which is a server cloud based mobile synchronization service that allows consumers to automatically and wirelessly store and secure the data present in the phone and access the same data on multiple devices.

The new Spice phablet comes with a 5-inch TFT LCD display with 480x800 pixels resolution and is powered by dual-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 512MB of RAM. The Spice Smart Flo Pace 3 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box and other specifications include 4GB of inbuilt storage; 32GB expandable storage via microSD card; 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash; and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
The device measures 148.5x78.9x10.4mm and weighs about 190 grams. Connectivity options on the SmartFlo Pace 3 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS and A-GPS. It is a dual-SIM device (GSM+GSM) with no 3G network support.
