The e-commerce giant is currently taking registrations from consumers interested in buying the Mi 3, a process that began last week. The current registration for the Tuesday sale will end Monday midnight. Notably, the Mi 3, priced at Rs. 13,999, will only be available to registered consumers on Tuesday.

The Chinese handset maker has already revealed that consumers who didn't get to purchase Mi 3 on the first day the phone went on sale (July 22) will be automatically registered for the next sale.

Last week, Xiaomi claimed that the first batch of Mi 3 smartphones in India was sold out within 40 minutes of its availability. The Chinese handset maker teased an image of the Xiaomi Mi 3 on Twitter that said, "38-Minutes 50-Seconds Sold Out." However, the company did not reveal the total number of units that were up for grabs.

It comes with a 5-inch full-HD LCD display (1080x1920 pixels) offering a pixel density of 441ppi; a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8274AB) processor; 2GB of RAM; Adreno 330 GPU; 16GB of inbuilt storage; 13-megapixel rear camera; 2-megapixel camera, and 3050mAh battery.
