I'm a hard core gamer and I really love reviewing various computer products. I have used the dell inspiron 7559 as my college laptop and a personally built PC at home with i7 7700hk and gtx 1070 graphics card. later I wanted a powerful laptop with which I can play and edit on the go.I've been using ge627rf apache pro since a month and I really loved preferring MSI..... I looked at a few asus rog models which also annoyed me with higher price tag. For the same price you receive i76770 hq+ GTX 1050 graphics with only 128gb ssd drive which obviously is pathetic compared to this.Customisability options like key mapping in steelseries app and dragon center on android to control the pc and cooler boost if you think laptop is getting hot.I know for any person who has 1.4L to buy a laptop can absolutely pick this. The thing which I hated was that on this product the hdd drive stays to the left of the laptop. I mean under the ctrl key which is obviously the hand rest place for gamers. So 256gb ssd is sufficient only for 2 games with windows installed in it and the rest I installed in the hdd. I tried playing far cry 4 at ultra graphics settings and the hand rest place felt like it can cook omelettes.Other than that it's a great choice .....well if you are in an air conditioned room with nice low temperatures you wouldn't feel that because it has an all alloy chassis and it prevents excess heat dissipation.Also another person who commented said he received a bag which is worth 10k on amazon I wish he would post the pictures and give that product link because mine feels very cheap and doesn't fell good. Even the official logo looks as if it was stitched by some person with white thread on a black bag. The laptop looks exactly as depicted so I'll just add the photos of the bag I received.

Amazing Laptop , I didn't bought it from amazon but here are some quick tips after you get the laptop-Buy an antivirus ( quickheal is good )-remove bloatware apps-Always keep the mode on comfort when not gaming-Check where you install stuffs as default is set for SSD drive not HDDLaptop is good i can easily play GTA V, Amazing Spider man 2, DMC5 at full fps and gets cooled easily with cooler booster, Battrey is average and runs around 1 and a half hour while playing games.BIG TIP : REMOVE THE BLOATWARES IT DRAINS TOO MUCH BATTREY , only keep Dragon Centre, SCM and Nahmic ( Good software ) and remove all the bs

Got this laptop today from Msi dealer ie mdcomputers in just a day. Talking of the presentation, laptop is packed in a premium box which included a gamming bag worth 10k which is available in amazon.1.Looks Looks and feel premium from every angle.The backlite keyboard from steelseries is just more than awesome ,the RGB lighting always led you to stare it all the time. It is packed with brushed aluminium with some plastic type bottom and the display region which is of good quality. The back msi dragon logo lights up when the laptop is on and looks fantastic.2..Performancelaptop boots up within 6-7 seconds and is pretty much fast. I have been playing Call of duty Infinite Warfare ,Battlefield1 ,GTA V in ultra settings and at 60FPS and its running smoothly without a glitch.Speakers are superb ,no heating issues thanks to coolerboost 4 technology.MUST BUY IF U R LOOKING A GAMMING LAPTOP. DONT LOOK ASUS ,DELL,HP ,LENOVO ETC bcoz they just offer low specs with a high price tag. MSI is best.

With in 24 hour delivery from Bangalore to vellore..Preaty cool laptop no laging as i play gta v ,dota, cod4 , cs go etc... very good fps around 60 - 65...

got this from local store, so far so good and gamming on this lil beast is quite fun handle every aaa titlte @60 fps and its near

Using it for almost one year now. Faced no problem other than drop in fps when there is less charge, even if you charge it fully it takes some time to get back normally. Best laptop for this price.

I ordered this just for gaming and nothing else maybe a big screen is the second reason. I have been using it for a week now and i feel that the specs that it offers is heaven at this price. The PC is really fast and applications load up in less than 50% of a second. Windows itself boots in 3-4 seconds. It can easily be overclocked if you ever need it. Just download MSI Afterburner and you are good to go. What you need is to give some time to know the right values. Gaming is pretty good as I got 63 fps on the only game that I played i.e. GTA TBoGT everything maxed. I also want to tell you that there are no bloatwares and every app here has an absolute task. Just dont uninstall anything like I did and had to reinstall, thanks to msi for already giving a image to reinstall what it had previously including the windows itself. All you need to worry is about service centres. You are lucky if you have them in your area.Keyboard-More than awesomeSSD- same thinggpu- greatworth it?- oh ur kidding.go for it......

Very nice laptop, runs almost every games in high settings and high frame rate. Very satisfied with it. The only concern is the CPU runs a bit hot under gaming load.

Amazing product and gives almost same benchmark as that of desktop. Best cooling mechanisms with multiple heat pipes, compared to other companies like alienware or rog

Awesome laptop! Incredibly lightweight for a beast of a machine. The boot up time is guaranteed to surprise you but the best part is the MSI true color technology - perfect for a graphic designer. Have been using it for around seven months and am completely in love with this <3

Although I purchased this product from Flipkart but it worth mentioning it here.I am not going into specs which you can go through yourself.But this is a laptop worth buying it. I am using it for the last 4 months and its stunning in terms of performance.Give it a thought, its worth it

 Hello all,I've been using MSI GT72VR 6RD(60 Hz G-SYNC) dominator for about an year and I must say I'm not regretting my descision to buy. That laptop is discontinued( I think). Same specs but with a bigger screen and. A bigger battery. I bought it on on Amazon US.Screen: The screen is awesome - not too bright not too dark. The Colors are vibrant and not too hard to hurt your eyes. This gets a 10/10.Keyboard: It gets a steel series keyboard. Which gives a tactile feedback when pressing the keys . The keys are backlit with enough spacing to ensure good experience. The backlight is beautiful and looks fantastic at night. It does not provide a lot of options unlike Razer but it's still better than the other laptops. This gets a 9/10Build : The keyboard area is solid with good quality build but not that great. The screen is wobbly IMO but it's still good. This gets a 8/10.Performance: I must say that this is where the laptop truly shines. The i7 processor is more than enough to handle most of the intensive tasks. The provided RAM ensures that you don't run out of memory when running multiple applications. GTX 1060 can run even the most recent games and games that'll come out in 2 years on High settings with 60fps. The SSD provides a very fast boot time(5-6s). The cooling is solid and it never overheats even while intensive tasks. If you feel it's overheating, just tap the cooling boost button to crank up the fans.The speakers are really good but not the best. The camera and microphone is good. There are enough I/O portss so you don't have to worry about have to connect multiple devices . MSI provides frequent updates to its softwares and drivers. You have a lot of customisable options to get the most out of your laptop. This area gets an easy 10/10What I dislike is that the laptop itself is heavy and the adaptor is heavy too. Thus don't expect portability in this laptop but it's okay as it's a gaming laptop. The batter backup is decent ( ~2hrs on gaming and 3-3½ hours on light tasks)Verdict: This laptop provides the best bang for buck at this class and this price range. Just go for it!TL;DR : If you want a lighter laptop and not for gaming. Get another one. This is purely for hard-core gamers. If you want a laptop that's light and for gaming, get a Razer laptop. If you want a gaming laptop for a cheap price, GET THIS.

The best gaming with a 1060 in this price range. It gives the best value for money. Played all the latest games like Watchdogs 2, Assassins creed Syndicate, GTA 5, Ghost Recone Wildlands, etc on ultra settings. It heats up some times playing games but thats common in all the gaming laptops and the battery life in compared to other is amazing.

Pretty good laptop for the price.Pros:Good build quality.Smooth performanceComes with a good set of portsComes with a lot of tools that lets you finely customize the laptopCons:The display was dim, I had to manually adjust brightness using Intel Graphics settingsLots of driver issues especially with WIFI (I updated the wifi driver and it was giving me BSODs. Downgraded it and sometimes the wifi would turn itself off. Have to restart laptop to connect to wifi again). Issues with keyboard lighting (It would randomly choose to ignore the set lighting settings )Didn't like the Nahimic audio enhancer. It would randomly show an annoying overlay over games. I liked the default Realtek Audio enhancements more. These setting are hidden away. I had to pick my brains to figure out how to open it up.Bad camera, not that I care.

Good mid-level gaming laptop. My only gripe is the build quality of the lid or screen. All MSI laptops have malleable lids, although this may not be a deal breaker for most, I do like my laptops to be a bit sturdier, at this price. Otherwise a good bargain.Might I add a suggestion for the Asus Predator 15, for its better build quality.

I have been using this Gaming beast for 3 months and now it's time to list down all the yin-yangs.Pros1. Value: whatever u r paying, u can't get more than this.2. Performance: I've played Tom Clancy's GR Wildlands, GTA V, Rise of Tomb Raider, The Witchers 3, Batman Arkham Knight, etc in this machine and I got an average of 55fps in almost all the graphic intense titles in Very High settings. In Steam VR performace test, it scored a solid 6.7 (High). So its good for VR as well(for now, I don't vouch for future), if you can afford Rift or Vive in India that is.3. Cooling: It's one of the most important aspect of a gaming system yet it's neglected in most of the gaming machines. But that's not the case here, MSI provides a One - Button cooling solution in most of it's laptops which I find very useful for lengthy gaming periods.4. Physical: It's just 2.4kilos. That's very light considering it is a gaming machine. Looks wise also it's very intriguing.5. Keyboard: Just one word - AWESOMECons1. Lid: It's hinges are tight. You'll have to hold the bottom in order to lift the screen lid everytime, if you don't you might accidentally bump the laptop on the table. It expected a smoother lid opening mechanism without holding the base.2. Speaker: they're okaish. I wish the below attached sub woofer had more bass.3. Thunderbolt 3: Although it has a type C USB 3.1 port, but I just wish it had a Thunderbolt 3 connection like a much cheaper Lenovo Legion Y520 has. That way it'd be future proof.That's it from my side. Happy Gaming.

A Great Laptop For On The Go Gamers. Very Useful For Gaming While Away On A Trip. I Get About 3 Hours Of Batterylife on this laptop, which is good considering the amount of power it has. I really love it and will recommend it to anyone. Only Downside Is The Price Otherwise Would Have Given 5 Stars.

The laptop is extremely good only if your AC is working all day long . The temperature is going to touch 90 degrees in a minute after you start playing games . The quality of the games is really good at ultra but the temperature is going to be a serious issue because even when the AC is on the temperature is around 87 degrees .

Best in this price range...............quality is good but its a little heavy.

MSI provides Gaming Mouse With This Model But I Didn't Got Any Mouse With It And The Quality Of The Bag I Received Is So Poor. I Spent 1.3 Lakhs At least A Good Bag Is Expected!
