The display sports Other for protection. Oppo A3x 4G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 1 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Oppo A3x 4G runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5100mAh non-removable battery. The Oppo A3x 4G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo A3x 4G on the rear packs an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Oppo A3x 4G runs ColorOS 14 is based on Android 14 and packs 64GB, 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The Oppo A3x 4G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Oppo A3x 4G measures 165.77 x 76.80 x 7.68mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 186.00 grams. It was launched in Nebula Red and Ocean Blue colours.

Connectivity options on the Oppo A3x 4G include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB OTG, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) with active 4G on both SIM cards.
