It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Oppo RX17 Neo runs Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by a 3600mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo RX17 Neo on the rear packs a 16-megapixel (f/1.75) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. It sports a 25-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.
