Pros- Panasonic MirAIe app is awesome, it shows the energy consumption, profile setting etc Things that I don't like- 1. Screen on AC and Remote is very small.(less than an Inch) 2. After sale Service is not good as compared to other brands, 3. Horizontal sweeping, proximity air flow is not given, 4. 2.5pm Filter is nothing but jst a small cotton filter. 5. It would be better if we could use this AC as a heater as well

Delivery in 7 days and installation is done on next day after delivery, installation guy was good he charged 700 for installation as mentioned and 1000 for OU stand = 1700 total Very nyc product from panasonic ,cooling is excellent , it takes 5-10 minutes to cool a 180 sq.ft room.but after that you need a blanket.noise is very low must buy product and better than LG because LG do not give you wifi option at this price. overall i am over satisfied with this product Wifi and alexa work great

Making a review after a week of use. Service from panasonic was excellent. Response was quick and installation was done by professional engineers. Coming to the performance side. This Ac gives excellent cooling, Cools our bed room in quick time. The operation is so silent.Over all is a good product.

Hidden display is missing fan speed is vary hight, cooling also nice.but ac function is limited but overall good.

AC is okay.. cooling is perfect. Almost no noise. Everything is okay except the display & remote. The remote has no backlight so you will struggle to control through remote. Second drawback is display of the AC. You will hardly find the temperature on the display. Display is extremely poor. Except this this two issues, everything is okay. Service of Pansonic is exceptionally excellent. Installation within 20 hour of delivery. Prompt action after service request. Installation is perfect.. Lastly, the Miria app is excellent... you can controll your AC from anywhere.

Execellent Ac, cooling so fastly i think my living is getting chill within 2 mins .Looks wise the AC is not looking like 1.5 Ton it is looking like 2 Ton AC.Remote looks very bad and guys 1 thing i want to share with u is Alexa skill has not been intorduced yet , the Alexa skill is not found in the Alexa APP
