I received a defective product,with no gasand then samsung service center guys visited my place more than 6times in a day for their personal investigstion which wasted my whole day and then the delay in pick up from amazon on the defected item added to the pain without intimating the customer.Over all not a nice experience and now have to think a lot before trustinf amazon and its services.

Do not buy Samsung product...with in two years of purchase of the a.c. the coil of indoor unit has perished..the estimated cost of repairs is 13500...a big no if you are in coastal areas..
