With the launch of the XPAD Turbo tablet, Simmtronics has expanded its XPAD tablet portfolio, which already includes XPAD-XQ1, XPAD X-722, XPAD X720, XPAD 801, XPAD X1010, XPAD 802 and XPAD Freedom.
The XPAD Turbo tablet runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box, and comes with dual-SIM support (2G+3G) and dual standby capabilites. It features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with a Mali 400MP GPU and 512MB of RAM. The XPAD Turbo tablet sports a 2-megapixel rear camera and also houses a VGA front-facing camera.
The tablet comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Connectivity features on the XPAD Turbo tablet include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AGPS, Micro-USB and 3G (via SIM). The XPAD Turbo tablet packs a 2800mAh battery which the company claims can deliver up to 140 hours of standby time and up to 4 hours of Internet browsing time.

Simmtronics had launched the XPAD Freedom for the Indian market at Rs. 13,999 in October last year. The Simmtronics XPAD Freedom tablet comes with a 7.8-inch IPS display with 1024x768 pixels resolution. The tablet is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device with voice-calling support.
