OPPO Reno 16 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The OPPO Reno 16 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6,700mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO Reno 16 supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO Reno 16 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.8) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. The front camera also features autofocus.

The OPPO Reno 16 measures 151.21 x 72.42 x 8.36mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 193.00 grams. It was launched in Starry White, Stellar Purple, and and Twilight Violet colours. It features an IP69K rating for dust and water protection. It bears a metal body.

Connectivity options on the OPPO Reno 16 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, USB Type-C, 4G , and 5G with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The OPPO Reno 16 supports face unlock.
