Vivo Y93s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Vivo Y93s runs Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by a 4030mAh battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo Y93s on the rear packs a 13-megapixel primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
