After seeing the reviews i was confisued weather purchase or not. However after 8 years of purchase i took same whirlpool product and went fine. There is little more water consumption than the older one. However, sound is average, what most people are complaining. Got for deal price at 14000 after bank discount.

Worst whirlpool service center. After many calls no one come very bad

Overall Build Quality is fine and is definitely value for money... However, during this 1 month of usage ONE PROBLEM was noticed 4-5 times i.e. the machine wobbled drastically and came out of its cabinet when the drying process began... Unsatisfactory response was given by the service guy... Apart from this single issue the machine is doing fine so far.

I purchased this product from Flipkart and earlier rated this machine 4 star since the initial working is fine. However this machine is very delicate and it started causing troubles in just after 3 months of working. Worst part is the customer care, the executives are not interested in solving the problem, all they are interested is in selling more stuff. They want to sell you water softner, Washing machine stand, cleaner etc. etc. They are saying that without these accessories, the machine will not work fine. So before you buy this machine, please note that you will have to compulsorily buy accessories of more than 4K extra from their executive. Further the machine start making noise after every three months and they are charging Rs. 550 for cleaning every time. The executive told that their machine is having metal tub hence these items are required. The balancing is not proper and many times it suddenly starts making lots of noise and the machine has so much of vibrations that it changes its location from one place to other. Overall pathetic customer service and pathetic product from whirlpool. I will never buy any whirlpool product again.

There is no proper response about delivery n keep on extending delivery time without prior intimation....not updating the status of tracking also..
