In this weekly column, we find the best app deals in the market for Android, iOS, Mac and PC so that you don't have to splurge more than necessary. 1. Serious Sam: Complete Pack
First person shooter series Serious Sam is very popular in the gaming community. The series first began in 2001 with Serious Sam Classic: The First Encounter and has spawned several sequels, bonus downloadable content and spinoffs. The entire series is available at a 90 percent discount on Steam. This is a limited time deal that will expire on Thursday.

2. Free Mac Developer Toolkit
Want to develop apps on your Mac? This software can help you to get started. You can get four of these for free for a limited time. These are Yummy FTP, a FTP/SFTP/FTPS Client; CodePad, a source code editor; Graphical HTTP Client, a utility that helps test REST-based Web services, and DevBox, a mobile development toolbox. All of these are free on Stacksocial until Friday. Note that you might have to register on their website and do other things such as liking their Facebook page before you can grab their deals.

3. Humble Bundle
Humble Bundle has two good sales running this time around. The first is the Nordic Games 2 bundle, which includes games such as Supreme Commander Gold Edition, Darksiders, Red Faction: Armageddon and Spellforce 2: Demons of the Past. The second good sale offers up to 80 percent off on strategy games till the end of the week. Check it out if you want games such as Age of Mythology, Age of Wonders III and Anomaly Defenders at a good discount.

4. Camera+

5. The Room Two
This puzzle game by Fireproof games is the sequel to the widely acclaimed game The Room. It puts you in a mysterious room with a mind-boggling puzzle. You'll have to zoom, turn and even physically rotate your device to find clues to help you find clues to solve the puzzle. It's available for 66 percent off.

6. Fragment
This app lets you transform any photo into prismatic art. Fragment's developers claim that the app puts artistry in your hands. You can pick any photo from your library and choose from several frams, shapes and patterns to enhance it. The level of artistry is up to you. You can make a picture look surreal or just add a subtle dose of creativity. Once you are done, the app will "fragment" it into prism-like glass pieces. You can choose to pick effects manually or randomise the process using the shuffle feature.
