amazing product, noise level is low compared to other ac's. just that the after sales service is Extremely Poor. They have given me 2 dry service within one year that too after calling several times. One wet service is still remaining and that too they have denied one pending FREE SERVICE because ac got out of warranty due to lock down period. That was pathetic.

No surge in electricity bill. I am using it for 1.5 months 12-15 hours during the day generally at 26 deg with .75 ton setting. Works very well, recommended. BUT, installation is way too expensive.

Nice product and service

I bought this AC after a lot of research considering Carrier's Brand name and market presence. However its not been even 2 months and the AC's Blower motor has failed . Their service and service center staff are so useless and pathetic that they will only make false promises and will never deliver.They still have not replaced the faulty part in my AC eve after 10 calls that i had to make.I spent more than what i would have spent on other brands to buy this AC and now im repenting already. So take your money elsewhere cause Carrier Midea AC's are made of pathetic quality and their service is has no standards. So save yourself trouble and Money and buy from other brands.
