iQOO 15

iQOO 15 mobile was launched on 20th October 2025. The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.85-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1,440x3,168 pixels at a pixel density of 508 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 19.8:9. iQOO 15 is powered by a 4.6GHz MHz octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It comes with 12GB, 16GB of RAM. The iQOO 15 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 7,000mAh non-removable battery. The iQOO 15 supports wireless charging, as well as 100W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO 15 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.88) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.65) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.05) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

The iQOO 15 runs OriginOS 6 is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB, 512GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO 15 measures 163.65 x 76.80 x 8.10mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 215.00 grams. It was launched in Legendary Edition, Track Edition, Lingyun, Wilderness, and Honor of Kings 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition (transalated from Chinese) colours.

Connectivity options on the iQOO 15 include Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v6.00, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include in-display fingerprint sensor.
