Fairphone 3 mobile was launched in August 2019. The phone comes with a 5.65-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of  1,080x2,160 pixels at a pixel density of 427 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. Fairphone 3 is powered by  a 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Fairphone 3 runs Android Pie and  is powered by a 3000mAh battery.  The Fairphone 3 supports Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging.
 As far as the cameras are concerned, the Fairphone 3 on the rear packs a 12-megapixel camera  with an f/1.8 aperture. The rear camera setup has phase detection autofocus. It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.
Fairphone 3 is based on Android Pie and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card. The Fairphone 3 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Fairphone 3 measures 158.00 x 71.80 x 9.89mm (height x width x thickness)  and weighs 187.40 grams. It features an IP54 rating for dust and water protection.
 Connectivity options on the Fairphone 3 include Wi-Fi  802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.00, NFC, USB Type-C, FM radioWi-Fi Direct, and  4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the  phone include  accelerometer,  ambient light sensor,  barometer,  compass/ magnetometer,  gyroscope,  proximity sensor, and  fingerprint sensor. The Fairphone 3 supports     face unlock.
