I purchased this machine in January 2016, delivered me within mentioned time period. rat mat was not available in machine for which flipkart returned me 400 rs. I am using it from jan and I must say it is one of the best automatic machines, no heavy sound while washing, so many programs for washing clothes looks also good I love my machine..............

As usual Flipkart again did not disappointed me. Delivery on time as scheduled - even on Sunday (29th Jan, 2017). Delivered at the door step (appartment is on 5th floor and it do not have elevator facility) without any wish for extra token amount to deliver. Monday morning: message from flipkart with token number and assurance of haier demo and installation date on tueday. Monday evening: call comes from haier to fix the time as per my convenince. (please note: while fixing the appointment be human to show empathy, and not to fix time beyond 7.00pm, everyone has right to be with their family and friends after long day work in field) Tuesday morning: conformation call comes from Haeir representative. (please note: if you need extra length of drain hose pipe or inlet pipe, let him know the same, he will bring for you - but it will cost extra, for me 2m long inlet hose pipe costed 350/- extra) Tuesday afternoon: sharp 1:30 pm haier representative arrives, installs, show the demo and left by 1:50pm - quick, honest, precise explanation, with few recommendations and dos an dont with proper logical reasons. Thanks Flipkart and Haeir - amazing collaboration and coordination. Regarding the wash - nice, quick, do not make much noice even during spin, elegant looking, hassle free. Can wash 2 double bed sheet at once. Must buy. I hope it gives long service.
