Just superb....The configuration of CI5 with 4GB RAM helps me do my work much faster..The best part is that the keyboard is very user friendly, it is much easy to use the keyboard compared to other brands...I am very happy with this

I was surprised to see Compaq back as I couldn't find it for a long time. I loved these machines for the performance it offered at the price point back then and i must say its kept its DNA intact. My friend bought this laptop from Flipkart and I have used it since. The i5 processor is the underclocked version but is good. The build quality is decent but i feel could have been better. I loved the keyboard. However my main concern is with higher loads the battery seems to be draining fast. Overall an i5 laptop at 35K is a definite value for money! Would have loved if it had a graphics card too for the gaming enthusiast in me!

Nice feature set for the price paid. For same configuration you have to pay 3-5K more in other brands. Outlook of the product is good top portion looks neat but bottom of laptop is not that great, but I am not worrying about it much. If you want to get good product with good price go for it.

I got this laptop in last week of November price was that time 32000 without any offer .The price of flipkart product changes like flight fare .its not static so if you want to buy something observe the price on flipkart they can reduce the price any day. coming to product its really good and genuine product as within one week i got certificate from hp after registering for accidental warranty . Its take 20 min to start and install all app.and after that it works very smoothly. configuration 4 gb ram,500 gb hard disk, i5 processor,Windows 8.1 . i got it with winter offer but when i search this product in the drop down list of laptop in hp offer link i did not found s series laptop there. i need to do some more research for that .every thing is fine . I checked the price outside with similar configuration it was nearly 40k. I did not found same laptop any where in any store or any other website.but its good and hp given certificate to me so no problem

The laptop has powerful configuration (Ci5, 4GB and win8.1) . The battery seems to last around 4 hrs with moderate usage. Win8.1 experience is very smooth. Keyboard is comfortable to use. Screen resolution is good, enough for browsing and documents. Webcam quality good, sound is very powerful. All-in-all a powerful PC for everyday use.Go for it

Great Product with absolutely no issues. I bought this product from Flipkart a while back and has ben working like a charm till now. I would suggest this product as a low cost i5 alternative to all those who need processing power and value for money.

This laptop is indeed a very good one for use. But unfortunately I received this product in a slightly damaged state which I did not really bother much. The display glass (screen) was a little shaking and not properly installed but as I was going out of India on posting I did not really take a second look at it. Now I have arrived back in India , chennai and am using the laptop frequently but now the display glass has given way. My request to you is by any chance can you get thisitem replaced. I am having both the copy of bill & the packing box.pl do try to help me if you can, Will be expecting a favourable reply as I am a frequent buyer thro flipkart. PL HELP.

This product is awesome . Many people says that do not buy any electronic items from Flipkart or any other online sites but I buyed it from Flipkart ,my neighbours said that why should I buyed a laptop. But I am happy with my laptop and the customer's care service

Couldn't have bought a Core I5 laptop with genuine OS at this price except for the HP winter offer. Plus additional two year onsite warranty and two year damage protection at less than 4000/- paid to HP. The keyboard design is not great and the machine lacks sturdiness. Would look like it is too fragile. OK except for these issues.

I bought this laptop on big billion day. Actually the price reduced by Rs 500 in the next couple of days :( . Performance wise it is good. The touchpad sensitivity is a little issue. Build wise its a little shaky. Overall decent buy for the given price. Costed me 31k after exchange of old laptop

I got this laptop for around 31k (2500 cash back offer :-p). had been using this lappi for more than 2months... fast and smooth... 4rth gen i5 more than expeced , dont have any heating problem.. more than enough for home usage ... although its heavy with above 2kg weight but that can be compromised with the config... havent played any game so cant tell regarding that...but i had been using lappi for high configuration usage its stable. the only problem i faced was finding wifi driver...had to call hp help and support.

got it under the laptop exchange scheme .. saved some 12k combining multiple offers .. for 27k totally bang for the buck.. plastic build .. not that solid construction... but my laptop is always stationary.. so not an issue for me.. wifi acts up sometimes.. other than that .. perfect machine for work.. handles databases quick.. nice boot time.. gives abt 3.5 hrs of battery backup too .. would def recommend it .. keyboard layout is good .. comfortable for long hrs of work.. would have given it a 5 star had it been a sturdier build..

An nice good product with all the features in it but slow processing. Working is very much easy with this product. Love the style and the finish of it.

Very good performance and cool laptop..doesn't get hot even after using it continuously for more than 6hrs and battery charging is very fast. Great buy and value for money. Only con I can think of is the build quality which is not so good. It appears very fragile :(, but using it as a desktop can remove that issue. It is an excellent desktop replacement for daily use - browsing, mails, programming, lightweight gaming

Got this product for around 29K as laptop exchange and with some other discount offers. Merits: * very good configuration i5 4th Gen, 1TB HD, 4GB RAM, win 8.1 makes it an awesome buy in its price range Demerits: * Very general Build * Key Board typing may be uncomfortable

I am using this laptop for about one year.No issues yet.Good product.The only issue I see is that the colour is little fainted in some parts.

Superb performance & Battery life and sound is also awesome I would recommend this laptop because all other laptops having same configuration costs around 37000-39000 Rs.

Nice product. Only one problem is with cd drive, it was not working after 6 months of use.

The laptop has decent performance, however the build quality is extremely bad. Also, the touchpad has bad sensitivity. Pros: 1. Cheap 2. Decent performance Cons: 1. Extremely bad build quality. The keyboard came out even before I started using it. Also, the plastics are of very cheap quality and when you shake the laptop it sounds as if all parts are loose inside. 2. Touchpad sensitivity can be improved.

Pros: 1) i5 4th Generation, so the performance and speed is decent 2) Looks good and size is just perfect for office use 3) Got it for 32k in deal of the day, so really good pricing for 'HP-compaq' brand 4) Windows 8 is pre-installed Cons: 1) Average build quality 2) Extremely bad keyboard, typing is a headache in the keyboard, It has chicklet keys, but really small for my fingers. Maybe its good for someone with sleek fingers or for ladies. I am extremely disappointed with the keyboard, including the layout of the arrow keys I would have given the laptop 4 star, but have deducted 1 star just because of bad keyboard.

Its a good product but still double think while going for this, since the keyboard is very bad that even keys seems quite loose and jerky. Initially i got a product whose keyboard itself is not assembled properly and i requested for a replacement. Flipkart helped me for a quick replacement, but still the replaced one was also found the keys jerky and loose. Price: Its comes around 36K with I5 processor and windows 8.1 genuine. But I think it will be much more economical to take a product of almost same range of price with i3 pricessor and a graphics card added up. It will be quite helpful for those works in high end photo video editing and gamers. Leaving that the product looks good and great. If HP can fix the keypad issue then this will be an Awesome product.

Do not purchase if you are tough user cons :- :- poor display color, poor picture quality :- slow booting & processing :- heavy weight :- keyboard is just average, for heavytyping you will need an external keyboard :- poor customer support :- average built quality :- but what will angry you is its processing speed pros :- :- okay for an average user

i bought this computer one year back. it is working ok, but the way it is working it is not looking like that of a new computer. it looks like a refurbished product. i can't surely tell that it is a refurbished product., but i doubt it.
