Shift key stopped working

Few bad things happened after purchased.1. It promise Windows 10 but there is no Windows 10 CD with this HP Laptop.Also windows is deactivated within a month time and i have to purchased Windows 10.2. Many times Machine will auto shut down and there is sound before shutting down. I go to Laptop repair center and they said there is motherboard related.Overall its a not good purchase for me.

I purchased my laptop on June 4 and its screen gone bad on July 31.

I bought this item on diwali offer 10%discount on sbi card. I got my return 1750rs in 2018jan month that time rate was 33000k.then what happened about 10% cash back. Should it be 1750 or more. SAB LooT RAHE HAI.😡😡😡😡😡😡😬😬😬😬😬
