Adobe on Wednesday announced a new feature for users of its Creative Cloud services, called Creative Cloud Market. Subscribers to Adobe's Creative Cloud can use the desktop app to access a remarkable selection of vector graphics, icons, patterns, UI Kits, for-placement images, and more.

Adobe-owned Behance will continue creating a library of ready to use, royalty free assets which can be used by Creative Cloud subscribers. The idea is to make it easier for people to focus on the creative aspects of their work, instead of wasting a lot of time searching for free assets on the Web, and the Creative Cloud Market is available to all subscribers except those on the Photography Plan.

According to the launch announcement, Creative Cloud members can download up to 500 unique assets each month including PSD, ABR, TPL, JPEG and PNG files. If you are a Creative Cloud user on iOS, then you'll have to wait a little to use the Creative Cloud Market assets, though the post mentions that an update will be released in the future.

Adobe had launched Creative Cloud 2014 in June, bringing in new features to Photoshop including the ability to link and share Smart Objects, Blur Gallery motion effects, better Content-Aware capabilities, and Focus Mask. Illustrator gets support for Live Shapes, while After Effects now includes Live Text Templates and Keying Effects. The update brings EPUB Fixed Layout support in InDesign, while Dreamweaver users will get to experience the new Element Quick View.
